Here at Bay Oak Law we like to get our clients off to a good start, even before the first attorney-client meeting. We feel it’s important for our clients to be informed about business and intellectual property basics before they even walk in the door. We have developed this library of video clips to educate our clients on some of the processes they might be asking us to assist them with, such as incorporating a business, forming an LLC, questions regarding basic copyright and trademark matters, general contract questions and other matters we typically get asked about during initial phone consultations. We feel an informed client is a well prepared client, and we offer these tutorials and other introductory conversations as a way to help our clients feel confident and comfortable as they navigate through the various steps towards founding, developing and protecting their businesses and intellectual property assets.
